Viewer permission setting

Staff and administrators can manage data access and video upload/download permissions for users with viewer access within the team.

Since players usually have viewer permissions, if you want to restrict their access to certain data, please check the details below.

First, go to the Team & Members menu in the side menu, select the relevant team, and then click on Viewer Permission.

You can configure viewer permissions for various categories. Below is a detailed explanation of each menu option.

[Workspace]

• Aggregated Data: Controls access to data across all pages (team, player, and league pages) except the match page.

[Match Analysis Page]

• Team Stats: Controls access to team data within the match page.

• Player Stats: Controls access to player data within the match page.

[Ratings]

• Player Ratings: Controls access to player rating data calculated after match analysis.

[Videos]

• Video Download: Controls permission to download videos within BEPRO Space.

[Schedule]

• Training Schedule: Controls access to training session videos.

[Library]

• Library Video Upload: Controls permission to upload videos to the library.
